Minicamping Hof van Overveld

We stopped at this campsite after already driving for one hour with our very tired two-year-old son and my pregnant wife, who is in the last months of her pregnancy. Instead of showing some understanding or helping us, the staff was extremely unfriendly.

Even though I already paid money, they did not allow us to refill our fresh water tank, empty the grey water, or empty the toilet cassette. We felt completely unwelcome and unsupported.

What made the experience even worse was that one staff member asked about my nationality and whether I was originally German. The way this question was asked did not feel friendly or respectful at all, and it made us feel very uncomfortable.

Because of this, we had to continue driving for another hour just to find another place where we could take care of these basic camper needs.

Very disappointing experience. We will never come back again.

Kleiner Stellplatz, Minicamping halt.
Sehr saubere und ganz moderne Sanitäranlagen.
War für mich ein Durchreiseplatz, als ich von der Fähre in Hoek van Holland in Richtung Deutschland gefahren bin.
Liegt sehr günstig in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn.
Nette, freundliche Betreiber.
