Bij ons kampeert u op een heus eiland in de provincie Friesland. Binnen 1 minuut kunt u overigens ook in de provincie Groningen zijn, aangezien onze camping aan. De rivier de Lauwers ligt, en deze scheidt op deze plek beide provincies. Wij heten u van harte welkom op ons eiland en kijken uit naar uw komst. With us you will camp on a real island in the province of Friesland. Within 1 minute you can also be in the province of Groningen, as our campsite is situated on the river Lauwers. Lauwers river, which separates the two provinces at this point. We welcome you to our island and look forward to your arrival.

Schöne ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Platz ist groß und die Sanitäranlagen sind einfach aber sauber. Der Preis ist fair für das, was man bekommt. Einziger Nachteil: die Stromversorgung mit 4 Ampere reicht nicht für alles.

Great spot for cycling, really peaceful location with nice views of the water. The pitches are a good size and the welcome was warm. Only thing – the water facilities could be better, bit fiddly to fill up and empty grey water.

Mooie stille plek met fijne uitzichten, zeker een aanrader voor wie van rust houdt. De camping ligt perfect voor fietstochten in de buurt. Prima prijs voor wat je krijgt, alleen jammer dat de pedaallat niet gratis is zoals we dachten.
