Døstrup landevejskro & motel

Døstrup Landevejskro is today a well-preserved inn from 1861, where today we still try to preserve the old traditions with decoration and eating customs. Chaussékroen was built in 1861 and had a forerunner in Trøjborgkroen close to the church and the church inn. The new inn was quickly named Døstrup kro or Landevejskroen. The inn in the 2100s had a duty to house "bosses" or highway journeymen and had a room arranged for that. Today, the inn is a place run by enthusiasts who cherish the traditions the inn is built on.
