- Sehr ruhige und schattige Anlage
- Sanitäranlagen vorhanden
Negativ:
- Boden überall sehr matschig
- Bei Sturm sehr laut durch herabfallende Gegenstände aufs Dach
- Bei Regen werden Stellplätze schlammig und Parken unmöglich
