Ivalo River Camping & Resort

HORRIBLE. Absolutely, absolutely not recommended. The owner is unpleasant and even aggressive (he seemed somewhat drunk). The first night we went around 9:30 PM since they said they closed at 10:00 PM, but it was already closed. We tried again another night and asked at reception if we could take a shower. Besides costing a shocking €10 per person just to shower… we were there for only about an hour from the moment we paid (which we proved to him, and that’s when he became aggressive), parked, showered, changed, and got ready to leave.

When we were leaving, this man confronted us, asking what we were doing, claiming we had been there for three hours and that we had to pay more, and accusing us of closing the motorhome blinds (which we obviously did to change clothes without being seen naked in the middle of the campsite).

Honestly, a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this place at all.

Stellplatz direkt an der Straße (ca. 30 Meter) Die Plätze am Fluss gibt es derzeit nicht und wenn, dann sind die Sanitäranlagen nur über die Straße zu erreichen. Platz, für das er "bietet" viel zu teuer. Strom für 1 Nacht sportliche 12 Euro. .

Ein wirklich sehr schön gelegener Platz. Campingplatz auf zwei Strassenseiten geteilt. Eine Seite mit Rezeption, Hütten, Plätzen, Sanitär und Versorgung, die andere Plätze direkt am See. Durch die E4 leider etwas laut. Jetzt im September sehr ruhig.
