We understand your comments and take them seriously, although we would like to clarify a few points.
Regarding vehicle parking, our internal regulations clearly state that cars cannot be parked on the pitch for safety reasons. The presence of children playing and moving freely on the campsite makes this rule essential to prevent accidents and damage to vehicles, issues that have led to complaints in the past. The well-being and safety of our guests are our priority.
Regarding the Wi-Fi signal, our campsite is immersed in a natural area with thick trees that provide shade and refreshment, elements much appreciated by the majority of our guests. Unfortunately, the density of the vegetation can affect the signal coverage. We believe that the choice between a shaded environment and full Wi-Fi coverage should consider the overall balance of the outdoor experience.
We are sorry that the temperature of the lake was not to your liking. If you had expressed this need during your stay, we could have considered alternative solutions, although controlling the temperature of a natural basin is obviously out of our reach.
As for costs, the supplement for booking fees is a common practice in the tourism and hotel industry, applied by many facilities. Perhaps your travel experiences have not yet allowed you to widely encounter this practice. Regarding the deposit for the recycling bins, this measure was necessary to discourage their removal, a problem that in the past has led to additional costs for the facility. We would like to point out that, as expected, the deposit of 10 euros was fully refunded to you at the end of your stay.
We deeply regret that your experience at our campsite did not live up to your expectations. We understand that it is not possible to please everyone, and if we did, the campsite would be overcrowded, probably generating another complaint from you. We hope you find a facility that better meets your needs in the future.

Jetzt in der Vorsaison mit ACSI perfekt. Absolut wenig los. Nur leider ist der Pool noch leer. Aber man kann nicht alles haben. Drum rum ist leider nicht viel zu erkunden. Aber eine Gelateria hatte offen.
Der Platz ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung mit direktem Seezugang. Wiese mit dichtem Baumbestand (Satempfang nur an wenigen Stellen!), ziemlich abfallend Richtung See. Ausreichend hohe Unterlegkeile erforderlich. Sehr familienfreundlich, großer Kinderspielplatz, Pool mit Liegeflächen (teilweise öffentlich!), entsprechender Lärmpegel. Strenge Mülltrennung - wird schon am Stellplatz kontrolliert! Der See ist sehr warm (Juli 26°C), im Uferbereich ziemlich mit Seerosen bewachsen und trübe.
Das Personal versucht freundlich zu sein, wird aber durch das strenge (zum Teil unverständliche) Regime der Besitzerin daran gehindert. PKWˋs (Zugfahrzeuge) dürfen nicht am Stellplatz verbleiben und müssen ausserhalb des Geländes auf einem unbewachten Parkplatz abgestellt werden(?!). WIFI frei, aber reicht nur über wenige Stellplätze um die Rezeption.
Der Preis, mit zusätzlich 15 € Buchungsgebühr und zwingender Anzahlung, steht im Widerspruch zur tatsächlich gebotener Leistung.
