SF-Caravan Pitkäjärvi

Pitkäjärvi Camping Area is located in Kokemäki, in the immediate vicinity of the Pitkäjärvi Leisure Centre. The area is owned by the City of Kokemäki, with whom SF-Caravan Kokemäki Region Association has entered into a usage agreement. Pitkäjärvi Camping Area is open all year round. There are 160 electric caravan pitches, of which 80 are visitor pitches. Pitkäjärvi covers an area of ​​approximately 4 hectares, some of which is grass and some is flat pine forest. There are great outdoor recreation areas nearby, including opportunities for frisbee golf or outdoor bodybuilding. Pitkäjärvi was named SF-Caravan ry's summer recommended area in 2012 and the most dog-friendly area in 2018. In 2021, we were honored to be Caravan Area of ​​the Year 2020. In 2021, we also received the honor of being the most dog-friendly area for the second time. We have bicycles available for rent in our area, and you can get the keys from the host at the office. These bikes make it easy to cycle to the center of Kokemäki and the shops along the asphalted cycle path. There are also two SUP boards, rowing boats, pedal boats and a kayak available for rent - ask the hosts to borrow them and go on an adventure on the lake. Life jackets can be borrowed from the office. You can also borrow walking poles and frisbees from the office. There are plenty of activities for children. Dogs are offered relief from the heat and can run free in the area's own dog park. In winter, there are well-maintained cross-country ski trails nearby.
