First time out in a camping car, so was a bit nervous, but the camp ground was easily accessible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenity block was very clean with plenty of hot water. The campsite is shaded and quiet, with bar and restaurant, bike hire, play ground etc and lots of activities near by, aqua park with water skiing, aqua play park, swimming pool,
walking and biking trails, etc. It's an easy walk to Saujon, by path avoiding busy roads. Saujon has shops, restaurants, boulangerie, etc. , and is an easy hop to Royan by car or train. All in all a very good experience, we will be going back again.
